Simply put, I started Creative Department as an outlet for my ideas and as a place to bring them to life.

Yes, we now accept returns and exchanges. You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. A $5 return fee applies to cover return shipping and processing costs. For U.S. orders, we provide a prepaid return label; international customers must provide their own return shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days after placement. Pre-order items will be marked "PRE-ORDER" in the description with anticipated ship dates, which are subject to change depending on production time and variables. Please check your order confirmation email for more detailed information.

Return and Exchange Policy

We value your business and strive to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below:

Return and Exchange Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Fee: A $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs.

Prepaid Return Label (U.S. Orders Only): We will provide a prepaid return label to make your return process as smooth as possible. The $5 return fee will still apply and be deducted from your refund.

International Orders: Customers placing international orders must provide their own return shipping label and pay for return shipping costs. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

Shipping Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Please ensure that the shipping address entered for your order is correct.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. We will provide instructions for return shipping and any necessary authorization.

  3. Use the prepaid return label we provide (U.S. orders only) or provide your own shipping label (international orders) to send the item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the $5 return fee. Exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. The time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be exempt from returns or exchanges due to their nature. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Policy Updates: Creative Department™ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please check our website or contact Customer Service for the most current information regarding our return and refund policies.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. Creative Department™ will ship orders to the addresses provided at checkout. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER.

Orders cannot be canceled once packages have been shipped.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXPRESS PROCESSING. IF EXPRESS SHIPPING IS SELECTED FOR A 'PRE-ORDER ITEM', THE ITEM WILL SHIP USING THAT METHOD ONCE IT BECOMES AVAILABLE.

Shipping Costs and Customs Duties: Shipping costs vary based on the destination country, selected shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of the package. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by your country's customs authorities upon importation of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about any potential charges before placing your order.

Order Processing and Tracking: Once you place an order, our team will process it within the specified handling time. This includes verifying payment, packaging the items, and completing any necessary customs documentation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your package is ready to be shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or the shipping carrier's online tracking system.

Returns and Exchanges: All orders shipping internationally to Canada are final unless damaged upon delivery. Please note that return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
